At this time, within the globalizations and the new technologies that increasing the economical activities are both in direct and indirect ways are making the mankind to be more concern to the environmental polution that is harming every state. By that terms, in case if there is a harm of environmental polution to another states, the state responsibility of environment should be born.
I think there ara 5 things that matters in the state responsibility of environment, thet are :
1. The states should be responsible of the protection and the maintenance of the environment
2. That states should make environmental rules and delepment according the first thing up.
3. That every states’ environmental rules shouldn’t be harming any of the growing states.
4. Every states should be responsible to keep and watch the activities in its states so that activities won’t do any harm to the other states.
5. Every states should cooperate to develop the environmental rules.
